The setup sets up the channel that your server members can later join to create their Tempy channels. With Tempy you can choose between two different setups.
/setup automatic: Tempy creates and configures a creating-channel for you
/setup manual: You can give Tempy a channel which will be used as creating-channel
From here on, Tempy setup is very self-explanatory. For Tempy to work you just need to start the automatic setup.
